Safe Packing and Handling of Cargo to and from Offshore Locations

To assist with the roll out and support the latest revision of the above, NSL, in association with the Oil & Gas UK workgroup for the safe packing and handling of cargo to and from offshore, have developed a completely new eLearning modular training programme.

The eLearning programme consists of two modules, one addressing General Cargo Handling and the other addressing Transportation of Hazardous Goods and Waste Management.

We are also in a position to deliver Practical Training to underpin the knowledge gained through the theoretical eLearning. This will be available at our new custom-built training centre in Dyce. Even better, we can deliver the training onsite at your premises, using your typical loads, CCUs and lifting appliances.

In addition, we are in the process of revising our Cargo Handling Pocketbook to more accurately reflect the new guidance.

Finally, there is a set of Cargo Handling Posters to keep the safety message up front and remind personnel of their obligations
